Excellent service overall - we were extremely happy with our construction supervisor (Perry Blair). He was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with all of our questions and requested changes. He made sure we were happy with the final product and really went the extra distance to ensure our home was everything we wanted and expected. Perry is a true asset to Avanti and their customers.

The Avanti staff was outstanding in their design ideas, cooperation and overall patience every time we made a change or upgrade (which there were many). Everyone we worked with - Carolyn Lee, Cindy in the Design Center, Jonathan and Ram especially are true professionals. They made the construction process and follow up after completion a most enjoyable experience.

Our Sales Specialist had additional duties since we were building this home on our own lot while we were in California. Communication was key and she did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop on all aspects of the process. An example, Tuesday morning updates from her construction meetings on Monday was very helpful.
